1. refactoring the nucleus code structure
2. cooking the nucleus-sdk
3. implementation: p2p notification protocol. Now you can send a type of p2p notification in the nucleus app
4. implementation: create nucleus subcommand in sense-cli. Now you can create a new nucleus and upload the wasm files by only sense-cli, without the polkadot.js app
5. tests on p2p req/res protocol and p2p notification protocol
